Flight Centre believes in recognising and rewarding staff for great performances.
We have an incentivised pay structure with unlimited earning potential. For example, our new staff earn a salary of no less than $40,000 in their first year (for an entry level consultant), which includes unlimited commission – so the more you sell, the more money you make. Our top novices often earn twice their guaranteed salary!
For our new consultants, there are three chances to earn international trips in their first twelve months. We recognise great achievements at the end of each year nationally and globally with our National Ball being a party to remember and the Global gatherings, which have been held at exciting destinations over the years - including Barcelona, Hawaii, Dublin, Las Vegas, Kuala Lumpur, and Thailand!
You can also choose to take on a new role in a different part of the country – or even the world. Flight Centre Limited has more than 1500 shops and businesses spread throughout Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, South Africa, India and the UK.
On top of that commission adding to your pay packet, there are fun monthly awards nights for each area, so everyone can share in the success.
If you manage a Flight Centre retail store you can choose to enter into a Business Ownership Scheme, that is, buy a portion of the profit of the store you manage and share in its success.
